Air Force Veteran Flies Toward a New Career
We are excited to announce the newest owner of Archadeck: Torri Crosby. An Air Force veteran with decades of military experience, Torri is ready to embark on the next chapter of her career.
Who Is Torri Crosby?
Torri and her husband Barry, along with their three daughters, are residents of Tennessee. Currently a member of the Air Force Reserve, Torri has 20 years of history in the U.S. Military under her belt – and she is not the only one whose job takes her skyward. Her husband is also a pilot with Air Force experience. Their combined 40+ years of service have given them extensive leadership training and a skill set perfect for becoming an entrepreneur.
Why Did Torri Make a Career Change?
While Torri is grateful for her time serving her country, she is ready to explore a new adventure in her career. She knew that she did not want to sign on for a corporate job and felt confident in her ability to own and run a business. But when Torri began investigating franchise ownership online, she quickly discovered that she was overwhelmed by the sheer amount of information available. Looking for guidance, she reached out to FranCoach, where she worked with founder and CEO Tim Parmeter to find her perfect match.
Why Will Torri Make a Great Franchise Owner?
Throughout the FranCoach Discovery Process, Tim and Torri collaborated closely to find her a franchise she would be proud to own. Here is what Tim has to say about why Torri will make a fantastic franchise owner:
“Torri’s background in the military will translate incredibly well into life as a franchise owner. She knows what it means to put in the work, and she has the discipline and the ability to follow a proven plan. But more than that, Torri is a rockstar. She is going to build amazing relationships with her customers, staff, and fellow franchise owners. She has that drive to get out in the community and make connections, and I am confident she will offer incredible customer service that gives her a strong reputation in her area.”
Torri also worked with Erin Zide of Empower Brands to learn more about all that Archadeck has to offer. Here is Erin’s take on why Torri is sure to succeed:
“We are beyond excited to have Torri Crosby join our family at Archadeck Outdoor Living and Empower Brands. Her passion for excellence, love of process, and attention to detail will certainly make for a great fit as a franchise owner with us. We feel fortunate she has chosen us as the next chapter in her life after serving our country in the U.S. Air Force.”
Why Did Torri Choose Archadeck?
Archadeck is a deck-building franchise in the thriving home improvement industry. For any aspiring franchise owners who are interested in the recession-resistant home services industry, Archadeck offers a custom design and build home renovation franchise model with over 25 years of experience and over $1 billion in completed projects.
From the get-go, Torri wanted a brand offering a high-quality product or service that would give her pride of ownership – and Archadeck provided all that and then some. Torri attended an in-person Meet the Team Day and immediately felt right at home with the Archadeck family. She knew it was a great cultural fit, and with the support of Empower Brands behind her, Torri is excited to kick off her future as a business owner.
Please join our team at FranCoach in congratulating Torri Crosby and wishing her luck as a new owner of Archadeck.
